At Recovery Academy, we provide a flexible payment plan option for students enrolling in some of our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) education courses. The courses that qualify for this plan are clearly marked in our course catalog and at checkout.

When you opt for a course with a payment plan, you (the student) are making a legally binding commitment to pay your tuition in two equal installments. If both payments aren't made by the agreed-upon dates, you won't receive a grade or full credit for the course(s). If you're unable to make the second payment, you may be removed from the course.

By choosing this payment plan, you agree to pay half of the listed tuition cost, upon enrollment via our online payment system. The second payment, also half of the tuition cost, should be made one month after enrollment but no later than the end of the fourth week of the course.

This agreement is binding. If you fail to meet its terms, Recovery Academy reserves the right to enforce certain actions. Late payments will attract a 5% fee starting 10 days after the due date, accruing monthly. Insufficient or reversed payments will also incur a 5% fee. In the event of non-payment, we may withdraw you from active courses and disable your account for our online store and learning platform. Unpaid tuition may be sent to a debt collection service.

If your account is deactivated, you will lose access to the learning platform along with any work, files, discussion posts, or other data stored there.

Recovery Academy does not guarantee access to any data stored on our servers or business applications. It's your responsibility to maintain personal copies of your work and any course materials provided during your enrollment.

We understand the challenges adult learners face balancing work, school, and personal life. If you're having any difficulty, please inform our Admissions Coordinator before your next payment is due so we can discuss alternative arrangements.

By finalizing a transaction to enroll in a course with a payment plan, all parties agree to these terms. Any changes to this agreement must be agreed upon by both parties and documented in writing.
